Who we are and how these Terms apply
Club Uncensored (the “Club”) is operated by Wake Up Productions Limited (“WUP”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13490132, with its registered office at c/o Kreston Reeves LLP, 2nd Floor, 168 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6RA. The Club opens on 19 October 2026 and is offered under the “Uncensored” brand on the beehiiv platform.
These Club Membership Terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Club, including its free tier and any paid show membership or all-access bundle you purchase. The information about your selected tier shown at checkout and in your membership confirmation also forms part of your agreement with us. The Website Terms of Use at piersmorgan.tv, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy explain other aspects of your use of the Club and our services.
For a paid membership, submitting an order is an offer to purchase the membership shown at checkout. We will acknowledge receipt, but the contract is formed only when we send a membership confirmation accepting your order. A free-tier account becomes available when we accept your registration. If we cannot accept an order or registration, for example because payment is not authorised or an eligibility requirement is not met, we will tell you and will not charge you or will refund any amount already taken.
Your membership confirmation and the information shown at checkout form part of your agreement with us. If there is an inconsistency, the checkout information and membership confirmation prevail for the tier, price, billing period and specific benefits purchased, except where information provided before contracting is treated by law as part of the contract. Event, competition or promotion terms apply only to the relevant activity. Nothing in this clause permits information required by law to be omitted from the checkout journey.
We use beehiiv to provide parts of the Club, including its community layer, and Stripe, connected through beehiiv, to process payments. We may change platform or payment providers, but will take reasonable steps to preserve the benefits you have purchased. We do not store your full payment-card details.
Any goods, tickets or other products purchased separately through a third party are subject to the terms of the supplier identified at checkout. Where a benefit is included in your membership, we remain responsible for providing that benefit as described in these Terms, even if a third party administers or fulfils it.
You can contact us at [email protected] or by post at c/o Kreston Reeves LLP, 2nd Floor, 168 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6RA. Privacy enquiries should be sent to [email protected]. Our website is piersmorgan.tv.
Eligibility and your account
The free and paid tiers are available only to individuals aged 18 or over who are legally able to enter into a contract. To join, you must provide accurate and current information and accept these Terms. A paid membership also requires a valid payment method. Membership is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and should tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Some offers, introductory prices or membership features may have eligibility conditions. We will explain any material condition before you register or subscribe and may ask for reasonable information to verify eligibility.
Promotional and introductory offers
Where an offer is limited by time, account, show, tier or other condition, we will state the relevant condition and price before you subscribe. Unless we say otherwise, a promotional price applies only for the period stated at checkout and does not create a permanent entitlement to that price.
Your membership and benefits
The Club offers a free tier and paid memberships. The free tier may provide access to selected Uncensored content and community features. Paid memberships provide the benefits clearly described for the selected show or bundle at checkout and in your membership confirmation. A feature described as “planned”, “in development” or “coming soon” is not guaranteed to be available when you join.
Paid membership is normally for one individual show or vertical under the Uncensored brand, including:
Piers Morgan Uncensored
Royals Uncensored
History Uncensored
Football Uncensored
Paid benefits may include early access to content, ad-free episodes, access to the beehiiv community space, live sessions and AMAs, opportunities to contribute questions or material to presenters, and a member mailbox. The exact benefits, frequency, eligibility and any limits for your tier will be stated at checkout and in your membership confirmation.
Show memberships, upgrades and switching
You may upgrade from the free tier to a paid show membership, switch between paid show memberships, or upgrade to the all-access bundle once it is available, where we make that option available. Before you confirm a change, we will explain:
the show membership or bundle you will receive;
the price, billing period and renewal terms;
when the change will take effect and what access will be available;
whether any credit, additional payment or new billing date applies.
Any statutory cancellation right will apply to the changed arrangement where the law provides one. Unless we state otherwise at the time of the change, a switch does not create a refund for the unused part of the current paid period, and benefits already paid for remain available until the change takes effect.
Price, payment and renewal
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. The monthly and annual prices for each show are USD $4.99 per month, or USD $49.99 per year. We will tell you before you subscribe the total price, whether the plan is monthly or annual, whether it renews automatically, the renewal date and the price that will apply. A recurring plan renews monthly or annually, as shown at checkout, until you cancel. If an annual plan has an introductory discount, we will state its eligibility, discounted price, duration and the then-standard annual price that will apply on renewal. You authorise us to charge the payment method selected at checkout at the disclosed frequency. We will send any renewal reminder required by applicable law, including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and regulations made under it where applicable, clearly stating the renewal date, renewal price and how to cancel.
Failed payments
If payment cannot be collected, we will tell you and give you a reasonable opportunity to provide a valid payment method. We may suspend paid benefits while an amount remains outstanding and may end the paid membership if the overdue amount remains unpaid after the deadline in our notice.
Price changes
We may increase the price of a recurring membership to reflect changes in our costs, taxes, law, platform charges or the services and benefits included. We will give at least 30 days’ notice, explaining the new price and when it will apply. The increase will not affect a period already paid for. You may cancel before the increase takes effect, in which case your membership will end at the end of the current paid period.
Introductory pricing and gift subscriptions
During the launch or another introductory or test period, we may offer different prices to different members or at different times. The price and terms shown to you at checkout will apply to your membership. After testing, we may standardise pricing or decide how existing offers will be treated, subject to the information given to you and applicable law.
An annual introductory discount will be available only to members meeting the eligibility conditions shown at checkout. The amount and duration of the discount will be USD $29.99 for the first year. Unless you cancel, the annual plan will renew after the discounted period at the then-standard annual price shown before renewal. We will give a clear pre-renewal reminder stating the renewal date, price and cancellation method.
If gift subscriptions are offered, the checkout information will state who may redeem them, when access begins and ends, whether the subscription renews, and how any cancellation or refund rights apply. Gift subscriptions may not be transferred or exchanged except as stated at checkout or required by law.
Cancellation and refunds
Before you place an order, we will provide the information required by law about the membership, price, billing and renewal arrangements, duration, cancellation rights, functionality and relevant compatibility or interoperability information. Please check that information and your order carefully before submitting it.
The confirmation will include a copy of these Terms, or reproduce them in a form which you can retain unchanged, identify the membership purchased and explain how to cancel.
The checkout process will tell you when access to the membership and its benefits will begin. If you ask us to begin providing membership services during the 14-day cancellation period, we will record that request. Where the membership includes digital content supplied immediately, we will obtain any separate consent and acknowledgement required by law before making that content available.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you enter into the membership contract to change your mind and cancel.
If you expressly ask us to begin supplying membership services during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel during that period, we may deduct from your refund a proportionate amount for services supplied before you told us that you wished to cancel, but only where the statutory conditions for that deduction have been met. Where the membership includes digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, any loss of the cancellation right in relation to that digital content will apply only if, before supply begins, you have given any express consent and acknowledgement required by law and we have provided the required confirmation. If you do not ask us to begin supplying membership services during the cancellation period, we will not begin supplying those services until that period has ended. If we nevertheless begin supply without the request or information required by law, we will not make a deduction that the law does not permit.
To cancel during the 14-day period, email [email protected] or use the cancellation route in your account. You may use the model cancellation form below, but do not have to. We will make any refund due to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us clearly that you are cancelling, subject to any lawful deduction for membership services supplied at your express request before cancellation and any lawful consequence of digital content having been supplied with the required consent and acknowledgement.
Cancelling later
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time through your account or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access until then.We will not charge you for a new billing period where you have completed the cancellation process before the renewal payment is taken. If a payment is taken after an effective cancellation because of an error by us or our payment provider, we will refund it.
If you joined online, we will provide an online cancellation method that is straightforward to find and use. We will not require you to use a more burdensome method than is reasonably necessary to identify your account and process the cancellation.Deleting or closing an account does not necessarily cancel a recurring payment arrangement unless the account journey expressly confirms that both actions will occur. You should use the cancellation route described above to ensure that future renewals are stopped.
We will acknowledge a cancellation request and confirm the date on which paid access and future charges will end.
Cancelling an annual plan after the applicable 14-day cancellation period stops its next renewal but does not generate a partial refund merely because you no longer wish to use the membership. This does not affect any statutory refund or remedy where the membership is not supplied as agreed.
Refunds and statutory rights
Except where a statutory or other express refund right applies, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or unused benefits. This includes the unused part of an annual plan cancelled after the applicable cooling-off period. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including rights where digital content or services are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. If we end your membership for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of any fee paid in advance.
If we end it because of your material breach, fraud or unlawful activity, we may withhold a refund only to the extent fair and lawful, taking account of benefits already received.
Changes to membership and these Terms
We may make reasonable changes to the Club or these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in law, regulation, security, technology or the beehiiv platform; to improve or add to the Club; or to address changes in operating costs. A change must be proportionate to its reason. We will not make the service materially different from what you agreed to purchase without reasonable notice and, where the change disadvantages you, an appropriate right to cancel and receive a proportionate refund for any affected prepaid period. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a material change unless a shorter period is required for legal, regulatory or urgent security reasons.
We will not remove or materially reduce a core benefit during a period for which you have already paid without providing an appropriate remedy, unless the change is necessary to comply with law or address an urgent security or safety issue and no reasonable alternative is available.
Personal use and community standards
Membership and Club content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not share paid access, reproduce or distribute paid content, circumvent access controls, interfere with the Club, use automated extraction tools without permission, or use the Club or its content unlawfully.
Community space
If community features are made available, including through the beehiiv community layer, you must comply with the community standards set out in the Website Terms. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or misleading material, infringe another person’s rights, disclose private information without permission, spam members or disrupt the community. We may remove content, limit its visibility, suspend participation or restrict access where reasonably necessary to enforce the rules, protect users, maintain the Club or comply with law. Unless legally prevented, we will explain a moderation decision affecting you and you may ask us to review it by emailing [email protected].
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your free or paid membership if you materially breach these Terms or the community rules, fail to pay an amount properly due, share paid access without permission, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity or are required to act by law. Unless the issue is serious, urgent or incapable of being remedied, or we are legally prevented from doing so, we will explain the problem and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right before acting. Any suspension or termination will be proportionate. You may ask us to review a decision by emailing [email protected].
If we decide to close the Club, we will give members as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable. We will refund any amount paid for a recurring membership period falling after the closure date and provide any further remedy required under these Terms or by law.
Intellectual property
The Club, its content, branding and functionality (excluding member content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only the personal use right described in these Terms. If you believe Club content infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with sufficient details for us to investigate.
Consumer rights and our liability
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Club content is provided for general information and entertainment and is not professional, medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable or for business losses suffered by a consumer using membership for commercial purposes. We are not responsible for a breach of a separate contract between you and an independent supplier, such as a contract under which that supplier sells goods or tickets directly to you. However, this does not limit our responsibility for providing any membership benefit that we promised, even where an independent supplier administers or fulfils that benefit.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy at piersmorgan.tv and Cookie Policy explain how we use personal information and cookies. We may send communications reasonably necessary to administer your account, payments and membership. We will send direct marketing only where permitted by law, and you can opt out of marketing at any time.
Events outside our reasonable control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, other natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and acts of government. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the event, resume performance when reasonably possible and tell you if the disruption is likely to have a material effect on your membership. If a material benefit cannot be provided for a prolonged period, we will provide any cancellation or refund remedy required by law.
Complaints
Please send complaints to [email protected]. We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint within a reasonable time and keep you informed. Our final response will provide any information about alternative dispute resolution that we are required by law to provide. If we agree or are required to use an alternative dispute resolution procedure, we will identify the relevant approved provider and explain how to access it.If your complaint concerns how we have used your personal information, please contact [email protected] Data protection complaints will be handled under the procedure described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and courts
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer resident outside the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights, or right to bring proceedings locally, that the law of your country of residence gives you.
General terms
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. You may not transfer your membership without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, but will tell you in advance if we do so. The transfer will not reduce your rights under these Terms. If it would materially disadvantage you, you may cancel and receive a refund for any affected prepaid period. These Terms are between you and us; no other person may enforce them.
You may use this form to cancel the contract, but you do not have to use it. You may instead tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing [email protected] or using the cancellation route in your account.
